To good to pass up I go here every week

I tried to place an order on the app to go pick it up ahead of time, but I cant use a coupon code. The coupon code shows up as a QR code that the cashier needs to scan before you pay, but you cant submit an online order from the app without paying with your credit card first...

This app doesnt let me log in. Seems like theres other people who had a same problem.

Why dont the codes auto-refresh? Im not going to remember to hit refresh everytime. PLEASE modify thanks!

I have been to blaze 6 times since downloading the app, and only two times have I actually received a flame. Very frustrating! It beeps at the scanner, but no flame appears.

1. The app says "earn and pay" but you cant pay with your phone in store. 2. If you pay for multiple pies you only earn one flame. My wife and I have to pay separately each time. Most food reward programs give you credit for each item. 3. No one at the locations has any idea how to use the app. 4. To get credit for a purchase I need to scan many times and it slows down the line and is an inconvenience for employees and other customers.

Weird. Keeps dimming the screen whenever i close the app. I do not like that it has this ability to interfere with my settings as thus! Makes me wonder what else they are futzing with and WHY?!

The app will only let you order a pizza on 15 minute increments, half an hour in advance. Pretty ridiculous lead time required for a place that brags about cooking your pizza in three minutes. You also cant use the app to pay in store, which is something even the terrible Dunkin Donuts app will let you do. Another fun thing is that the app lowers your screen brightness for you! Thanks!

Cant earn rewards from purchasing at the store,unable to redeem rewards through app, order we cant order and pay at the store, needs Apple Pay and Apple wallet integration.

Friendly hospitality by the employees. Great pizza! And the employees just make the experience at Blaze even better. I will be back here again real soon

Something is wrong with the app because it doesnt give you a flame for your order when they scan your code at the register. Please fix this ASAP or my class will stop eating there until the app is fixed.

Every step of this app crawls, regardless of the wifi or data network Im on. How useless

I got the app so I could order pickup on my way home from work. I arrive only to find out they dont cook it till you arrive....so whats the point? 100% useless as an ordering app.

Duh. No way to edit a pizza in your cart. Forgot to add pepperoni? Dump the cart out, start over. Unbelievable. Crazy, huh??

Chipotle lets you order and choose to pay in store, you should too. Not everyone uses credit cards.

making the pizzas and adding them to the cart was simple enough. putting in card info to pay was a pain because even after i put everything in correctly, the app didnt allow me to press Save to pay. also it makes my brightness go up so hella weird. stick to ordering off the site.

I too had a problem getting the reward. Luckily, the employee knew about the problem and scanned the app again when the flame didnt appear. It finally appeared. Rewards or flames are awarded by visit, not by pizzas bought. Buy one or buy ten, either is only worth one flame. I was told that this was to encourage more visits. That is just lame. Needs to be by number of pizzas bought.

It has to load the reward qr code every time you purchase, and if you dont have wifi or a signal, that is a problem. Its the same problem when you try to redeem! Even when it works, its slow, and you never know if its going to load the code. Even worse, its a different code for reward vs redeem, so you have to scan twice when making your purchase, and thats IF the checkout person knows how this all works. What a nightmare.

App is really bad... 80% of the time you never get credit for your purchases so the app is totally worthless. No one at the restaurant can do anything for you when you do not get credit. Plus 10 purchases for a free $8 pizza. Not even worth the space on your smartphone.
